78ff Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

By accessing the 78ff platform, clicking "Sign Up", making a deposit, or using any feature of our services, you — hereinafter referred to as the "User" — expressly confirm that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Brazilian law;
• Is 18 years of age or older;
• Is not located in a jurisdiction where the use of this type of service is prohibited;
• Agrees to the processing of their personal data as described in these Terms and in the 78ff Privacy Policy.

Accepting these Terms creates a binding contract between you and 78ff. This contract is governed by Brazilian law and must be interpreted in accordance with the principles of good faith and transparency in consumer relations.

To create an account and use 78ff's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or first-degree relative of an employee of 78ff or any of its partner companies;
• Not have any other active account on the 78ff platform — only one registration per CPF is allowed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

78ff may at any time request additional identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC), including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address dated within the last 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, including withholding of the account balance for compliance review.

The verification process is conducted securely, and all documents are handled in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018). Its sole purpose is to prevent fraud, money laundering, and use of the platform by minors.

Each User is responsible for the security of their own login credentials — username and password — and for all activity carried out on the account. 78ff recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service;
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Always log out of the platform when using shared devices;
• Notify 78ff support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

78ff will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a User's account caused by negligence in safeguarding their credentials. If you lose or forget your password, use the account recovery option available on the login screen.

Account Inactivity

Accounts with no deposit, betting, or withdrawal activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 78ff will notify the User by email before applying any measures related to inactivity. Balances in inactive accounts remain the User's property and can be recovered by reactivating the account with identity verification.

78ff accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL) via the following methods: Pix, credit card, debit card, boleto bancário, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. No foreign payment methods are accepted.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: Variable depending on VIP level and chosen method — check the limits in the payments section of the platform;
• Processing: Pix deposits are credited within seconds. Boleto bancário may take up to 1 business day to clear;
• User Fee: 78ff does not charge fees on deposits. Any bank charges are the User's responsibility;
• Currency: All amounts are processed in BRL. No currency conversion applies.

Withdrawals on 78ff are processed exclusively via Pix, in Brazilian reais, to the CPF key registered on the User's account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The User must have completed at least one successful deposit before requesting a withdrawal;
• The CPF on the destination Pix key must match the CPF registered on the 78ff account;
• Withdrawal requests are processed in up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays;
• 78ff does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving bank are the User's responsibility;
• 78ff may request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, in accordance with internal fraud prevention policies.

Bonus Rollover

Withdrawals of bonus-derived balances are subject to completion of the rollover requirement associated with the promotion received. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the full rollover is met are available for withdrawal. The specific conditions of each bonus are displayed at the time the offer is accepted.

78ff offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including but not limited to: a welcome bonus for new sign-ups, weekly VIP Program cashback, monthly reload bonuses, boosted odds on select sporting events, and special promotions for Brazilian holidays.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has specific rollover requirements, eligible games, expiration dates, and maximum bonus amounts. These conditions are clearly displayed in each offer's description;
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new registrations and may only be used once per CPF, device, and IP address;
• Bonus balance withdrawals are only permitted after the full rollover requirement has been met;
• 78ff reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse, multiple accounts, or a violation of these Terms is suspected;
• Bonuses that expire automatically after their validity period cannot be recovered, even if the rollover has not been completed.

Bonus abuse — including placing bets on both sides of the same event to guarantee a return regardless of the outcome (known as "matched betting"), using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, or any other practice that 78ff identifies as manipulation of the promotions system — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

Sports Betting at 78ff covers a wide range of competitions, including Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, MMA/UFC, NBB and NBA basketball, e-sports, and more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets confirmed by the User are final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except in cases provided for under the specific rules of each market;
• The minimum bet per event is R$ 1.00;
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and reflect the implied probability of the outcome. 78ff reserves the right to adjust odds before a bet is confirmed;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, pre-game bets are refunded to the User's balance. Live bets on events that were interrupted may be subject to specific rules depending on the market and the status of the game at the time of interruption;
• 78ff may cap the maximum stake per event, competition, or specific market, including for accounts identified as systematic professional bettors.

Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting at 78ff uses real-time data provided by specialized data providers. Delays in data transmission may affect the odds available at any given moment. 78ff is not responsible for discrepancies between the actual state of an event and the information shown on the platform resulting from technical transmission delays.

The 78ff casino section includes Slots, blackjack, poker, roulette, crash games, and other gambling formats. The following rules apply to the use of these services:

• All games use RNG certified by independent auditors, ensuring completely random results on every round;
• Published RTP (Return to Player) values are theoretical, calculated over millions of rounds. Individual results may vary significantly;
• The free demo mode available for slots is intended exclusively for recreational and learning purposes — winnings in demo mode cannot be converted to real-money balance;
• The Buy Feature (bonus round purchase) available on certain slots operates according to the game provider's rules and is subject to the odds and probabilities specified by the provider;
• Technical malfunctions in games — such as server failures, software errors, or connection interruptions — void the results of affected rounds, with the wagered amount refunded to the User's balance.

The 78ff VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Enrollment in the program is automatic for all registered Users. The following conditions apply:

• VIP points are earned based on total betting volume. The point accrual rate varies depending on the game type (Slots, sports, Live Casino);
• The benefits at each level — weekly cashback, boosted odds, monthly bonuses, and priority support — remain valid as long as the User maintains the corresponding level;
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous week (Monday through Sunday) and credited automatically every Monday to the account balance;
• 78ff reserves the right to modify the scoring criteria, tier benefits, and overall VIP Program structure, with at least 7 days' prior notice to affected Users;
• VIP points accumulated in accounts suspended for violations of these Terms are cancelled with no right to a refund.

The User agrees to use 78ff's services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the 78ff platform using the same CPF or false information;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human behavior to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting;
• Intentionally exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or platform inconsistencies to gain undue advantages;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party;
• Using 78ff's services on behalf of third parties, including minors;
• Engaging in matched betting or any systematic bonus abuse strategy.

78ff continuously monitors platform activity to detect suspicious behavior. Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and withholding of funds pending investigation.

78ff reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any User in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• The User's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes);
• Court or administrative order from a competent authority.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 78ff will retain any bonus balance and winnings derived from irregular activity. The real deposit balance — demonstrably deposited by the account holder themselves — will be returned after a compliance review, minus any applicable administrative fees and losses caused to 78ff.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 78ff support. Any available balance will be returned via Pix to the registered CPF key, provided the User has no pending bonus rollover balance or open investigation.

78ff processes Users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). The legal bases for processing include: performance of a contract (service provision), compliance with a legal obligation, exercise of legal rights, and 78ff's legitimate interests.

The data collected is used exclusively for: providing online casino and Sports Betting services, identity verification and fraud prevention, personalizing the platform experience, sending account-related and VIP Program communications, and fulfilling regulatory and legal obligations.

• No personal data is sold or shared with third parties without the User's consent, except as required by law;
• Payment data (card details, Pix keys) is processed by PCI-DSS certified partners and is never stored in plain text on 78ff servers;

Available tools for managing your gambling behavior:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in your account settings;
• Session alerts: Set a time limit and receive a notification when you reach it;
• Temporary self-exclusion: Self-exclusion periods of 30, 90, or 180 days, with no option to reverse during the selected period;
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure, with no possibility of re-registering using the same CPF.

If you believe gambling is causing financial, emotional, or relationship problems, 78ff encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools and seek professional support. The Conselho Federal de Medicina and mental health organizations in Brazil offer specialized assistance for gambling addiction.

78ff will not be liable for losses or damages not directly caused by a proven failure of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from betting or casino game outcomes — the outcome of bets and games is inherently uncertain;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party failures, including internet providers, banks, payment processors, and game providers;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account due to negligence in safeguarding login credentials;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits;
• Third-party content referenced or linked from the 78ff platform.

78ff's total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by the User in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of 78ff.

78ff may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, applicable law, or operational practices. The procedure for amendments is as follows:

• Material changes will be communicated by email to the address registered on the User's account at least 7 days before taking effect;
• The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document;
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms;
• If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the new Terms take effect and request a withdrawal of the available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. To resolve disputes between the User and 78ff, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through the platform's support channels.

If no amicable resolution is reached, the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby designated as the exclusive venue for settling any disputes arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be. This choice of venue does not affect the Consumer's right to bring a claim before the Juizado Especial Cível in their jurisdiction, as provided under Lei nº 9.099/1995.

78ff is also available for dispute mediation through Brazilian consumer protection channels, including Procon and government conflict resolution platforms.
